All Christians are saved by the same Jesus. All Christians are filled by the same Holy Spirit. All Christians are under the authority of God’s Word. This is how things should be.
Disagreements take place when we think we know better, and we forget Jesus, don’t listen to the Holy Spirit and ignore God’s Word. Unless the Holy Spirit is at work in the individual and in the church (especially the leaders/pastors of the church), there will be disagreements which lead to divisions.
We must surrender to the Holy Spirit so He can help us be united in the Spirit and love one another, like Jesus wants us to be.
