People’s attitudes and actions result from their genetic makeup and the environment they’re brought up in. What is accepted by society and in the media also plays a major role in influencing attitudes and behaviours. Many people are becoming isolated and selfish as a result.
Those who have turned to Jesus have the Holy Spirit in them, who enables us to choose fellowship over isolation and selfless acts motivated by Christ’s love over a self-centred way of life. Jesus helps us to be caring, joyful and loving people, something we could never achieve on our own!
