We couldn’t die to pay for our sins, so Jesus had to die for our sins in our place.
We couldn’t recognise ourselves as sinners needing to repent, so the Holy Spirit had to reveal it to us.
We couldn’t accept Jesus as our Saviour and Lord, so the Holy Spirit had to help us recieve Him and believe in Him.
It was God the Father who orchestrated our salvation through the work of God the Son and God the Spirit, and it is the same God who will empower us to be the disciple of Christ He saved us to be.
