No matter how enlightened society might appear to be, reality is the world is a dark place. If one were to look beyond the surface and investigate what lies beneath in the underbelly of our society, the darkness uncovered would be utterly confronting and unbelievable to all. Truth is that people do horrific things to one another because of the darkness within them!
Jesus is the Light of the world, and the Light our world desperately needs. Jesus died on the cross for our sins, and to all who place their trust and faith in Him through the work of the Holy Spirit in us, His blood washes away our sins and His Light fills us and shines bright through us! To those who dwell in darkness today, Christ’s Light dawns on them through His Spirit within us!
