The world is full of impatient and unforgiving people. Many are quick to anger and get frustrated at one another, saying and doing hurtful things to each other without giving much thought to the consequences of their thoughtless conduct.
Sin is the culprit for everything that is ungodly about us. We are born sinners, without any way of saving ourselves from our wretched condition. While we were still in our sin, hopelessly lost, God the Father, because of His unfathomable love for us, sent Christ the Son to die for our sins so that we might be saved. The Father doesn’t want anyone to perish and is far more patient with us than we deserve. He knows not all will receive the free gift of salvation in Jesus but He doesn’t give up on sinners and God the Holy Spirit is always at work.
